AutocheX measures customer satisfaction by collecting information on the customer's experience with the insurance company and auto body shop. They interview more than 50,000 vehicle owners every month and have the largest database of customer opinion in the collision repair industry today. Out of 290 body shops in Ohio, only 23 shops were honored with this recognition. The award was presented at the NACE and CARS Convention in Las Vegas, October 12, 2010 to Fitzgerald Body Shop.
